This is an appeal from an order of the District Court for the District of Maryland, Judge Herbert F. Murray, denying appellant Tenneco's1 motion to amend its reply to appellee Reeves Brothers' counterclaim. This court earlier denied Reeves' motion to dismiss the appeal. Tenneco Resins, Inc. v. Reeves Brothers, Inc., 736 F.2d 1508 (Fed.Cir.1984). We now affirm the decision below...
