A jury found Larry Gene Potter guilty of two counts of robbery and two counts of the use of a firearm in the commission of a felony. Potter was sentenced to two concurrent, indeterminate life terms for the robberies. No additional sentence was imposed by the trial judge for the use of a firearm.
