OPINION

WARD, Justice.

Appellant was convicted of murder and the jury assessed punishment at confinement in the Texas Department of Corrections for fifteen years. We affirm.

At the outset, we note that this is not an appeal from a conviction for criminal abortion. This is not an appeal from a conviction for destroying an unborn child under Tex.Rev.Civ.Stat.Ann. art. 4512.5 (Vernon 1976). Hardin v. State, 52 Tex.Cr.R. 238, 106 S.W. 352 (1907...
