Defendant, Sidney J. Legnon was charged with the misdemeanor offenses of driving while intoxicated and reckless operation of a motor vehicle. R.S. 14:98, 99. After a bench trial on these consolidated charges he was found guilty of both offenses. He was fined $50 on the charge of reckless operation of a motor vehicle. On the charge of driving while intoxicated, the defendant was sentenced to ten days in parish...
