OPINION ON APPELLANT'S MOTION FOR REHEARING

On original submission, this Court held that the admission into evidence, during the punishment stage of appellant's trial for capital murder, of an extraneous offense committed by others, and not involving the appellant, was harmless error. This Court conceded that this evidence was irrelevant, and therefore inadmissible, but that it did not harm appellant because the evidence showed he was not involved...
