Peter P. Lindsay was found guilty, following a jury trial, of theft by receiving in the first degree in violation of AS 11.46.120 and AS 11.46.190. Lindsay appeals his conviction, arguing that certain evidence should have been suppressed, that proceedings against him should have been dismissed pursuant to Alaska Rule of Criminal Procedure 45 and that denial of his continuance motion constituted reversible error.
