OPINION

ASHWORTH, Justice.

This is an appeal from an order revoking probation.

We reverse and remand to the trial court for orders of dismissal.

On September 15, 1983, appellant entered a guilty plea to an indictment for theft over $200.00 but less than $10,000.00 and was found guilty and assessed a punishment of five years in the Texas Department of Corrections and a $1,500.00 fine. See Act of June 11, 1981, ch. 455, sec. 1, 1981...
