CARVER, Justice.

Duane McDonald II appeals his convictions for violation of an ordinance of the City of McKinney, Texas. Appellant was fined $101.00 for each violation of the city ordinance. Appellant contends the ordinance is unconstitutional because it is vague and overbroad. We disagree. Consequently, we affirm.
