PER CURIAM:
Defendant was convicted of two counts of aggravated sexual assault, a first degree felony under U.C.A., 1953, § 76-5-405. He appeals, contending that he was denied a fair trial as guaranteed by the sixth amendment to the United States Constitution and article I, section 12, Constitution of Utah, due to the ineffective assistance of his trial counsel.
