Cause No. 7771 involves the propriety of defendant's convictions for various sex offenses after the matter was transferred from children's court "for prosecution in the district court * * *." NMSA 1978, § 32-1-30 (Repl.Pamp. 1981). The convictions in this appeal, Cause No. 7904, are based on events occurring after entry of the transfer order in Cause No. 7771.
