Freddie Rhines, the plaintiff in this personal injury action, appeals a summary judgment granted in favor of Humana of Louisiana, Inc. and Health Care Indemnity, Inc. We reverse and remand.

Plaintiff sustained a broken thumb while a patient at Brentwood Hospital in Shreveport when her hand was grabbed by a fellow patient, Bill Carpenter. Humana is the owner/operator of Brentwood and Health Care is its liability insurer. Plaintiff's...
