John Crededio appeals the January 21, 1985 order of the District Court for the Northern District of Illinois refusing to terminate his commitment for civil contempt. Crededio was subpoenaed to testify before the Special December 1983 Grand Jury but invoked his fifth amendment right against self-incrimination.
