This is an appeal from an order of dismissal with prejudice in favor of the defendant, G.E. Kriminger, a police officer. Leonard Rosenberg, an attorney, sued the officer for intentional misrepresentation, interference with a business relationship, negligent misrepresentation and slander based upon statements made by Mr. Kriminger to Mr. Rosenberg. The trial court found that the officer had sovereign immunity for his statements under section 768.28,...
