This is a suit by Mr. and Mrs. Earl Adams, plaintiffs, seeking worker's compensation benefits for Mrs. Adams for injuries she sustained when she fell down while on her job as a waitress. In the same suit they seek damages for the wrongful death of their unborn child with whom Mrs. Adams was pregnant at the time of the accident. They allege that the accident was caused by the negligence of Mrs. Adams' employer, Denny's Inc. The trial court granted defendants...
