This is an appeal from an order denying permanent injunctive relief. The State of Texas sued Gibson Products Co., Inc. (Gibson) for allegedly violating the Texas Blue Law. See Tex.Rev.Civ.Stat.Ann. art. 9001 (Vernon Supp.1985), repealed by Act of May 31, 1985, ch. 220, § 5(a), 1985 Tex. Sess.Law Serv. 1770 (Vernon).
