This case involves the prosecution of the defendant, Edward Seltzer, for allegedly perjuring himself in two separate proceedings before the grand jury on May 21, 1981 and on April 2, 1983. Defendant was given two separate grants of immunity in exchange for his testimony. On December 13, 1984, a two count indictment was returned by the grand jury against the defendant.
