The trustee of W.E. Tucker Oil Company, Inc., has filed this action to set aside certain transfers of the debtor's property against First State Bank of Crossett. Portland Bank intervened on behalf of the plaintiff. The trustee asserts that the transfers are fraudulent conveyances under 11 U.S.C. § 548 and preferential transfers under 11 U.S.C. § 547.
