Defendant Stephen Teller pled guilty to one count of assault resulting in serious bodily injury and was sentenced to incarceration for a term of ten years. After he had been sentenced, Teller moved to withdraw his guilty plea pursuant to Rule 32(d), FED.R.CRIM.P. The district court held an evidentiary hearing on the motion but denied relief.
