DEVANY, Justice.

Johnny Wayne Petty appeals his conviction for aggravated assault and the sentence imposed after the trial court revoked his probation in an earlier robbery case. Appellant contends that his aggravated assault conviction must be reversed because the State failed to prove an element of the offense. Concerning the sentence in the robbery case, he complains that the trial court considered matters unsupported by any evidence when it assessed his punishment...
