Archie and Margie Wade appeal from a judgment awarding Joe Seeburg a portion of the proceeds of a fire insurance policy covering property they purchased from Seeburg. Although Seeburg was not named in the fire policy, the court awarded him a portion of the proceeds on the ground that the Wades had contracted with him to keep the property insured for his benefit.
