NIMMONS, Judge.

The Florida National Bank at Perry (FNB) appeals from a final judgment declaring the rights of the parties hereto relative to the method utilized by The Citizens Bank of Perry (Citizens) of presenting checks drawn on FNB which checks Citizens' customers have cashed or deposited in Citizens accounts. The final judgment also awarded damages to Citizens. We reverse.
