On February 4, 1983, The Mountain States Telephone and Telegraph Company (Mountain Bell) filed with the Wyoming Public Service Commission (PSC) an Application for Authority to Change Tariffs requesting an increase in its rates to generate additional revenues in the amount of $20,861,000 annually.
