MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

SHADUR, District Judge.

Letter-Rite, Inc. ("Letter-Rite") brings this diversity action against Computer Talk, Inc. ("Computer Talk") for breach of contract. Computer Talk has moved under 28 U.S.C. § 1404(a) ("Section 1404(a)") to transfer this action to the United States District Court for the District of Colorado. For the reasons stated in this memorandum opinion and order, Computer Talk's motion is granted.
