BUTTS, Justice.

This is a proceeding in the nature of an equitable bill of review arising out of a divorce case.

Appellant, Gregory A. Wright, filed for divorce from appellee, Esther A. Wright, in 1981; the divorce decree was rendered on August 17, 1982. Within the statutory period, appellee filed a bill of review to set aside the decree. The bill of review was granted and a new trial ordered. Gregory appeals from that ruling on nine points...
