Movant appeals after summary judgment in favor of the state on his Rule 27.26 motion. We affirm.

Movant pled guilty to one count of first degree robbery and one count of armed criminal action on October 20, 1983. Pursuant to a plea agreement, movant was sentenced to fifteen years imprisonment on both charges, those terms to be served concurrently.
