Charles Emerson Brown, Jr., appeals his conviction of attempting to elude a police vehicle. We affirm.

On May 4, 1983, Spokane City Police Officers Eddie Quist and Sandra Brewer observed Mr. Brown driving a motorcycle on city streets. Officer Quist knew from prior police contacts with Mr. Brown that his driver's license had been revoked.
