The defendant, a criminal defense attorney, appeals his conviction on eight out of eleven counts alleged in an indictment for the offenses of perjury, 18 U.S.C. § 1623; false statements, 18 U.S.C. § 1001; and being accessory after the fact, 18 U.S.C. § 3.
