In 1981 a jury found the appellant guilty of nineteen counts of mail fraud and nine counts of wire fraud under 18 U.S.C. §§ 1341 and 1343. He was sentenced to eighteen months imprisonment and five years probation. This court affirmed the conviction. 711 F.2d 758.
