Claimant, William Neufeld appeals from an order of the Industrial Commission denying his claim for worker's compensation benefits. Neufeld began working for Browning Ferris Industries (BFI) in June 1978 as a garbage collector. Neufeld alleges that in May or June of 1982, he injured his back in the course of his employment with BFI. He testified that while lifting a heavy steel garbage can he noticed a strain or pull in his lower left hip...
