Permission to appeal was granted in this personal injury action for the primary purpose of considering the issues raised by one of the plaintiffs, Anita Burlison. Mrs. Burlison questions the judgment of the Court of Appeals ordering a new trial upon its concluding that the trial court's order of remittitur voiced disapproval of the jury's verdict, and, also, whether the remittitur itself was proper.
