Pearson, individually and doing business as P & M Air Conditioning and Heating ("Contractor"), sued Zion Missionary Baptist Church ("Owner") and Oak Cliff Bank and Trust1 to recover the unpaid balance upon a written contract for the installation of air conditioning in Owner's building.
