The sole issue here is which statute of limitation is applicable to an action for invasion of privacy.

On June 3, 1981, three Yakima TV stations broadcast a statement that Clyde Eastwood was a coconspirator, or an unindicted coconspirator, in a federal criminal case. The statement was false.
