The Plaintiff, Kenneth Alan Simkin, and the Defendant, Barbara Anne Norcross, both claim title to the thirty foot Morgan Sailing Vessel "SHEMARA," Florida Registration Number FL8839CG. The "SHEMARA" is currently residing with the Defendant in Key Colony Beach, Florida. The Plaintiff, however, believes that he should have custody of the "SHEMARA." Thus, on January 29, 1985...
