This is an appeal from a judgment awarding worker's compensation and related benefits, along with statutory penalties and attorney fees. We affirm.

On February 3, 1976, J.B. Horne, Jr., then employed by Levitz Furniture Store, was injured when a wooden chair collapsed from under him. As a result, he underwent a double level lumbar fusion in August, 1977, an operation deemed successful by the attending physicians. Travelers Insurance Company...
