Appellant filed suit under the Railway Labor Act against his employer and his collective bargaining agent, alleging a breach of contract by the employer, a breach of its duty of fair representation by the union, and conspiracy between the defendants to deprive him of benefits due under the collective bargaining agreement. He now appeals the district court's determination that his suit was untimely and the grant of summary judgment for both defendants...
