BOUTALL, Judge.

This is an appeal from dismissal of a tort suit because of the plaintiff's failure to comply with an order to undergo a physical examination. We dismiss the appeal for lack of jurisdiction.

The plaintiff incurred neck and back injuries in an automobile accident in which his vehicle was struck from behind. The defendants are the driver of the second car (a minor), his father, and the father's liability...
