This is an appeal by the State of Idaho from an "order granting [defendant] Alanis' motion to suppress all statements made by Alanis the day after the initial arrest," and the "entering [of] a judgment that Alanis is acquitted, entered in the above entitled action on the 11th day of January, 1984... ."
