On April 10, 1985 the Grand Jury returned a three count indictment against the defendant, Robert Skalsky, charging him with willfully and knowingly attempting to evade and defeat payment of income taxes for the calendar years 1978 (Count I), 1979 (Count II) and 1961 through 1964 (Count III).
