Keith Broyles appeals a judgment of conviction following a jury verdict finding him guilty of conspiracy to distribute cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846. The indictment alleged that Broyles, along with others, was involved in the purchase, transportation and distribution of cocaine from Florida to Arkansas during the months of March through August of 1984.
