RANDALL, Judge.

Anthony Betz and his mother brought this action against Jacqueline Nelson and her father alleging that Jacqueline's negligence caused the car accident in which Anthony was injured. The jury returned a special verdict finding that while both Anthony and Jacqueline were negligent, neither one's negligence contributed causally to the accident.
