This is a legal malpractice action, in which the trial court granted partial summary judgment for defendant on all but one of plaintiff's claims on the ground that they were barred by the two-year Statute of Limitations. ORS 12.110(1). After plaintiff repleaded, the court granted defendant's motion to strike plaintiff's remaining claim that ostensibly alleged a breach of contract.
