Marcum Oil Co. (Marcum) appeals from the trial court's order permanently enjoining Marcum from installing, erecting, or maintaining any sign, billboard, or advertisement along the highway right-of-way without a permit, and further ordering Marcum to remove its existing unlawful sign.
