OPINION

ASHBY, J.

Appellant was charged in three counts with possession for sale of cocaine, possession for sale of methaqualone and possession for sale of marijuana. After denial of his motion under Penal Code section 1538.5 to suppress evidence seized pursuant to a search warrant, he pleaded guilty to counts I and II and was sentenced to state prison.
