Carl E. Crimmins sued James M. Lowry to recover the unpaid principal and interest due on a promissory note. Lowry contends he is discharged because Crimmins unjustifiably impaired the collateral given for the note. Following a nonjury trial, the trial court rendered judgment for Crimmins. Lowry appealed, and the court of appeals reversed the trial court judgment and remanded the cause to the trial court for a new trial. 665 S.W...
