KLIEBERT, Judge.

Defendant, Benny Watson, was charged by bill of information with the crime of armed robbery, La.R.S. 14:64. After the defendant's motion to suppress evidence and identification were denied he was tried on March 20th and 21st, 1984 by a jury of twelve persons and found guilty as charged. After a pre-sentence investigation was conducted, the defendant was sentenced to serve five (5) years at hard labor without benefit of parole, probation or suspension...
