Appellant was convicted by a jury of murder in the first degree, T.C.A. § 39-2-202, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, T.C.A. § 39-2-101, and two counts of assault with intent to commit murder in the first degree involving bodily injury, T.C.A. § 39-2-103.
