HILL, Justice.

This case involves an appeal from an order of the Addison Superior Court denying defendant's request for reconciliation of the judgments awarded in two cases, and holding defendant in contempt for failing to pay sums owed pursuant to one of the judgments. We affirm as to the reconciliation and reverse the order of contempt.
