OPINION

BRYNER, Chief Judge.

Dina Lee Groesbeck1 was convicted of driving while intoxicated (DWI), AMC § 9.28.020(A). She appeals her conviction on the grounds that the court erred in refusing to suppress the fruits of her arrest. We affirm.
