Plaintiff brought this action in equity to obtain judgment on several promissory notes and to foreclose the collateral pledged to secure them. The debtor defendants Kenneth and Sharon Van Duzer and Ris-Van Farms, Ltd. (hereinafter collectively referred to as defendants) raised a variety of defenses in their answers, and Kenneth and Sharon also attempted to assert counterclaims alleging that plaintiff tortiously...
