Defendant-Appellant Michael W. Baker (Baker) appeals his convictions for public intoxication, a class B misdemeanor, IND. CODE 7.1-5-1-3 and driving while intoxicated, a class A misdemeanor, I.C. 9-4-1-54.

We affirm.
